In the last few day of May 2004, I was diagnosed with
adenocarinoma of the lung revealed by CTScans performed in Lubbock, Texas. I
then became a patient at M.D. Anderson Cancer Hospital in Houston, Texas. At
M.D. Anderson the severity of my diagnosis was proven, I had stage III to IV
lung cancer and was given a 14% survival rate. There is an estimated life
expectancy of only 2% of those diagnosed with lung cancer. I began cancer
treatments at M.D. Anderson.
It was later noted that there were lymph nodes
of my sternum and suspicious nodes of the left lung.
My family, friends
and many chruches began praying for me. During the first of July 2004 I was the
first attendee at the Healing Room of Lamesa Christian Fellowship in Lamesa,
Texas. I was anointed with oil according to James 5:14, there was prayer for my
healing. During this prayer I witnessed the Presence of God, it was as if when
I closed my eyes, I could actually sense His visible Presence, His healing hand
upon me. I knew at this time that I was healed, fear and doubt were gone there
was great faith and confidence that God had healed me. I also received a
'prayer cloth' (Acts 19:12) which I kept with me constantly.
I continued
treatments at M.D. Anderson, on the 13th of August 2004 I had combination
radiation and chemotheraphy. By the end of August 2004, it was noted that the
tumor had significantly diminished in size.
I received my first report of
NO CANCER on October 29, 2004! There were no signs
of cancer and the tumor was completely gone as well as the suspicious nodes in
the left lung and the lymph nodes of the sternum were gone. From July to
October 2004, in four months, there was proof by CTScans, MRIs and x-rays of no
cancer.
I know that God healed me through the prayers of the many who
prayed for me and by the God-given knowledge to the many physicians and
hospital/clinic personnel who attended me. One Christian physician spoke to me
many times of "God's Plan". One nurse called me their 'pet'. After my healing
she would make the comment: "you should have seen her when she first came in."I
received many, many cards and letters from family and friends, and from
churches, many of which I have never met. Their encouragement and prayers were
a great help and ministry to myself and my family.
God was always
present and we witnessed many wonderful blessings. God provided our needs
during this time. I was also blessed to have the opportunity to share with
others in the hospital and clinic waiting rooms of the power of prayer and the
healing of God.
God continues to heal today!!

On January 6, 2005 I attended the Healing Room. I had previously
been diagnosed with Hepatitis C - this disease has no cure. As of July 2005 I
will have my last follow-up physican's visit. I have been declared free of
Hepatitis C, no further hospital stays, no more doctor visits, no more
treatment. God has healed me of Heptitis C.

continues to be healed of Hepatitis C, she is now in the sixth month of a
normal pregnancy.
